The Corporate Officers
TOM KAVANAUGH, CPCU, President — Third generation, over 30 years of insurance experience, BS and MBA from THE UNIVERSITY OF DAYTON, licensed agent for Property/Casualty, Long Term Care, Life and Health. Specializing in insurance programs for individuals, families and small businesses.
MIKE WAGGONER, CIC, Vice President and Treasurer - After graduating from Sinclair Community College with an Associates Degree in Business and Marketing in 1970, I started into a career selling insurance with my father. My father's agency began in 1945. After my father's retirement in 1972, I operated the agency until the merger of our 7 agencies to form the Dayton Associated Ins. Agency in January of 1974.
Customer Service
DEBBIE FISHER is a Customer Service Representative and has been with the company since October, 2001. She assists on policy changes, quotes and claims.
KATHLEEN M. HOLMES is a Customer Service Agent. Kathy is a licensed agent with over 30 years of insurance experience. She began her insurance experience working for an insurance compnay in the Commercial Lines department and then working for an agency for the next 10 years. She provides a vital link in assisting in Commercial and Personal accounts.
